This customer was after an effects loop, an A/B and a buffer combined in one.
The switch on the right controlled the effects loop, the switch on the left controlled the A/B and the toggle switch in the centre turned the buffer on and off.
This customer wanted 2x 6 way patchbays wired using van Damme speaker cable for use with his amp rack. He later decided he needed another 5!
